Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note that Australia Post is currently experiencing potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at from our Fremantle Markets Store or Salter Point Location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 0 to 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours at Fremantle Markets are 9am to 6pm Friday to Sunday. Please note trading days and hours may differ on public holidays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
24/7 lockers available for pickup at our Salter point location.
International Shipping
For Orders to Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia, please order online through our website. Select your country at checkout and your coffee will arrive via international tracked post in around 8 working days.
Cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and is approximately AU$68 for up to 3kgs.
For Orders to all other countries, we offer international shipping for 10kg or more.
The shipping costs vary by country and is estimated to cost $90 to $180 and take around 2 to 4 weeks.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Coffee Connection is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at magda@coffeeconnection.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
